Susan Drummond, PhD, MSN, ANP, CNS-G

DIRECTOR OF NURSING

Susan Drummond, PhD, MSN, ANP, CNS-G brings over 40 years of healthcare experience and leadership to United Nursing College in Murrieta as the college's Director of Nursing. As a published author, skilled nurse, and dedicated educator, Dr. Drummond will provide much needed leadership, guidance, and experience to the college, complementing the administrative team with her valuable insight and infectious personality.

In addition to earning two bachelor's degrees in nursing and health care management, Dr. Drummond finished her Master of Science in Nursing at California State University, Dominguez Hills and earned a PhD in Nursing at Azusa Pacific University. She has served as an educator at Riverside Community College and California State University Fullerton, and she has led as an administrator at Stanbridge University, National University, and California Baptist University where she was recognized for delivering excellence in instruction across medical-surgical, gerontology, and mental health specialties in pre-licensure programs. As an experienced instructor who taught across programs including MSN education courses, leadership, theory, and doctoral-level courses, Dr. Drummond is clearly dedicated to preparing and educating safe, competent nurses at all stages of their careers.
