Melissa Staehling serves as the CRM and Communications Specialist at United Nursing College, bringing two years of professional marketing experience to the role. Supportive, detail-oriented, and creative, Melissa is dedicated to effective CRM management, external communications, and maintaining brand consistency, while also contributing to content creation, organic social media management, copywriting, student engagement initiatives, and institutional events.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing Management, from California Polytechnic State University of Pomona. Her background includes guiding marketing and communications efforts for a retail store, as well as partnering with small businesses on marketing research and social media content creation. At United Nursing College, Melissa is grateful to play a role in helping future nurses achieve their goals.
