PROFESSOR, ADN

Tiffany Holland is an ADN Professor at United Nursing College. She comes to UNC with a background in critical care nursing and clinical education and instruction. Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2009 from California State University, Bakersfield, and she completed a Master of Science in Nursing Education in 2025 from Colorado Technical University.

Professor Holland's background has been in Critical Care for the past 17 years. She started primarily in Medical Surgical ICU and then decided to specialize in Cardiovascular ICU a few years into her career. Tiffany continues to work bedside in a CVICU as an open-heart recovery nurse, also serving diverse roles as the unit resource nurse, relief charge nurse, and designated preceptor for specialty and new hire nurses. Her background has given her a strong foundation to connect nursing theory with real-world clinical practice for students. Professor Holland has taught clinical instruction for ADN and LVN students through a variety of medical surgical floors, including Cardiac Telemetry, Orthopedics, Neuro, and Geriatric patient populations. She is excited to help UNC students succeed in this program and build their confidence in providing safe, competent, and compassionate care for the Geriatric population.
